CEO & Co-Founder

Will’s deep experience in GIS system design, deployment and operations, as well as his technical and applied business experience, enables him to deliver high-value geospatial business insight and product vision. As the CEO of VETRO, Will leads a diverse technical team delivering a transformational and category-expanding fiber management software platform. Will holds a Master of Science degree in Geographic and Cartographic Science from George Mason University and a BS in Foreign Service from Georgetown University. Will’s mission is for VETRO to become the best broadband network mapping platform in the world, enabling competitive network operators to modernize the internet at the infrastructure level. Will leads the team that is building the digital home of the physical internet.

Michaela Goodwin,
Chief Financial Officer

Michaela thrives as a strategic financial leader in dynamic, growth-oriented SaaS technology companies where she can build infrastructure to support scale. With 10+ years experience as a CFO, Michaela delivers value by focusing on more effective ways for teams to drive results; by leveraging data, metrics, customer interactions and by building strong relationships with colleagues, board members, and investors. Michaela earned a CPA while at Arthur Andersen and an MBA from Harvard Business School. She is thrilled to be part of a company with a mission to increase connectivity for all; bridging the digital divide.

JD Doyle,
Chief Technology Officer

JD brings 27 years of experience leading the development of large cloud data and analytics solutions, as well as a history of successfully scaling startup engineering groups. He brings a track record of delivering disruptive technology products and analytics to market in the renewable energy, mobility, fintech, transportation, and communications markets.

As CTO/SVP of Engineering at VETRO, JD continues to extend the VETRO FiberMap® cloud fiber management platform, focusing on positioning VETRO as the industry’s leading infrastructure data hub via open APIs and integration with third-party partners. Internally, he is responsible for product development and DevOps of Vetro’s cloud based production environment.

Pete Pizzutillo,
Head of Marketing

Pete serves as the Head of Marketing at VETRO Inc and is also the founder and host of the Broadband Bunch Podcast. In his role, he leads global partner and channel development efforts. Before joining VETRO, Pete held the position of Vice President of Sales and Marketing at ETI Software. With a background in product management, sales, and marketing, Pete has contributed to the client engagement and demand generation of various software companies. His career journey includes diverse marketing roles in multiple industries, initially starting as an art director in an advertising agency. Pete is an alumnus of The Pennsylvania State University, holding degrees in Business Administration and Art. Currently residing in New Jersey, he shares his home with his four children.

Will Cooper,
Head of Strategic Initiatives

Will leads strategic initiatives for VETRO, bringing C-level strategy and finance expertise, a deep focus on data and AI infrastructure, and a decade of Wall Street experience advising on $10B+ in M&A and capital-raising transactions. He previously served as Chief Strategy and Financial Officer at Beyond Now, a PE-backed infrastructure software company, and before that was an investment banker at Houlihan Lokey, where he helped lead Connectivity and Infrastructure Technology coverage. 

Barbara Curran,
Senior VP of People

Barbara Curran is a senior human resources executive with over 25 years of experience guiding CEOs, leadership teams, and investors through critical growth stages in emerging technology and mid-sized organizations. As the founder of a long-standing HR consulting practice, she has advised high-tech SaaS companies and stepped into Head of People roles to drive scaling strategies and successful acquisitions. Earlier in her career, she partnered with fast-growing startups through a technical search firm and helped a New England staffing company expand from early stage to $200M in revenue while leading M&A initiatives. She holds degrees from the University of Massachusetts Amherst Isenberg School of Business and the Boston College Carroll School of Management, and serves on the People Committee of KIPP Charter Schools of Massachusetts.
