Suttles brings to VETRO a wealth of experience in building and scaling global technology companies, particularly in the consumer connectivity and telecommunications sectors.
Suttles was CEO and founder of Ookla, the company behind the immensely popular Speedtest and Downdetector platforms. During his time at Ookla, he led the company from a bootstrapped startup to a highly successful international enterprise business serving telecom clients in over a hundred countries. His leadership was instrumental in driving significant organic growth and overseeing many strategic acquisitions post Ookla’s acquisition by Ziff Davis (NASDAQ: ZD).
Suttles is currently CEO and founder of Orb, a new startup and platform focused on continuously monitoring the quality of internet connections from any operating system or device. Orb is built to run at massive scale under commercial terms while being free without compromise for consumers.
