Kim currently serves as an Operating Partner at Resolve Growth Partners and is the Managing Partner of LeaderScale Advisors, where she advises executives, boards, and investors on accelerating growth, strengthening leadership and talent capabilities, scaling high-performance cultures, and managing organizational transformation.
With over 25 years of experience—including leadership roles at ghSMART and Boston Consulting Group—Kim has advised organizations ranging from early-stage startups to Fortune 500 enterprises. She is the co-author of The CEO Next Door, a New York Times and Wall Street Journal bestseller, and her thought leadership has appeared in publications such as Harvard Business Review, Entrepreneur, and Chief Executive. She also brings board experience across several mid-market technology and business services companies.
