The VETRO BIP will serve as the state’s platform of record, ingesting various sources of geospatial data, including FCC BDC data, CostQuest Associates (CQA) Broadband Fabric and related network data such as Speed Test data for creating a foundational view of address level broadband availability and grant eligibility.

A map-based hub to centralize broadband funding management and track all relevant local, state, and federal data.
Aggregate & Analyze Data
Use existing data from a variety of sources including, FCC’s BDC data, census data, political boundaries and, CQA state data, you can create a map that allows your to see the big picture and make informed decisions.
Funding Tools
Users can view summarized CQA fabric data detailing broadband coverage and the cost to deploy fiber networks in order to make optimized funding awards.
Stakeholder Engagement Maps
Solicit and collect feedback from community stakeholders in the form of location-based surveys with comments. The feedback is intended to cover public notification and communication objectives, and addresses challenge process requirements.
