Welcome to www.vetrofibermap.com the website (“Site”) of the VETRO FiberMap® platform (“VETRO”) owned by NBT Solutions LLC (“NBT”). The following sets forth VETRO’s Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”), which is also incorporated into our Terms of Service.
This Privacy Policy (sometimes, simply “Policy”) describes the policies and practices of NBT Solutions, LLC (“we” or “us”) on the collection, use and disclosure of your information when Customers use VETRO FiberMap (“Site” or “VETRO”). We will not use or share Customers’ information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy. Capitalized terms that are not defined in this Privacy Policy have the meaning given them in our Terms of Service for VETRO FiberMap.
The Purpose of the Privacy Policy
Your privacy is important to us. Accordingly, we provide this Privacy Policy so that you understand how we treat the information that you provide and/or that is automatically provided to us as a result of system integration-related data feeds (we call this information “Collected Information,” as described below). This Privacy Policy also explains the steps we have taken to secure Collected Information. By using or accessing the Site, you agree to be bound by our Terms of Service for VETRO FiberMap. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices on any third party websites that may be linked to or from the Site.
This Privacy Policy applies only to information collected via the Site and does not apply to information collected offline (for example, via phone calls and/or fax orders). We reserve the right to change this Privacy Policy at any time. Such changes, modifications, additions or deletions shall be effective immediately upon notice thereof, which may be given by means including, but not limited to, issuing an email to the email address listed by registered users and/or posting the revised Policy on this page. It is your responsibility to review this Site and this Policy periodically and to be aware of any modifications. Your continued use of the Site after such modifications will constitute your acknowledgment of the modified Privacy Policy and agreement to abide by it.

How We Collect Information
We collect information in these ways:
User Provided Information at the account level; Users will be prompted to provide us with certain personal information upon establishing an account. We may use this information to deliver services to you, for billing purposes and fulfilling your orders, as applicable, and communicating with you about the Site and other offerings, and for marketing purposes.
‘DemandGen’ prospect entered data; Customers using a customer-facing public lead generation and qualification web site will be collecting name, address, and contact information from interested customers. These data may be collected in a 3rd party system and later streamed into VETRO for analysis, or may be fed directly into a private VETRO database.
Customer Information; Data on customer locations, names, addresses, contact information, and services and billing related details may be streamed into VETRO or housed in VETRO and synched with 3rd party systems in use by the VETRO client.
We refer to all of the information described in this section as “Collected Information.”
How We Use Collected Information
We collect, store and serve Collected Information to enable us to operate the Site, including planning and analysis and service delivery where customer details are pertinent to such operations.
We will never utilize a VETRO client’s private customer information for our own purposes, except as expressly described in this Privacy Policy or in the Software as a Service Agreement for VETRO FiberMap.
In the event we use your email address to communicate with you, we will provide you with the option to unsubscribe or opt out of future emails.
How We Disclose Collected Information to Others
We will not sell, rent, trade, license or otherwise disclose Collected Information to anyone without prior knowledge and permission of Customer under any circumstance. In the event we work with Third Parties to develop and provide the Site, express permission from the Customer will be sought. If permission is granted by Customer, when appropriate we may disclose select Collected Information:
- To third parties that we work with to develop and provide the Site;
- To provide payment-related information to financial services and credit card processing companies in order to process subscriptions and orders requiring payment;
- Possibly to disclose such information in response to a legal process, order or investigation (for example, a subpoena or court order);
- Possibly to disclose where necessary to protect our legal or business rights or interests or to protect others (for example, in order to reduce the risk of fraud or illegal activities); and
- Possibly to disclose to another company in the course of a business acquisition, merger or sale of assets and in such a case such disclosure will otherwise be subject to this Privacy Policy.
Our Security Measures
The Site incorporates physical, electronic, and administrative procedures to safeguard the confidentiality of the Collected Information, including Secure Sockets Layer (“SSL”) for all transactions through the Site. VETRO uses SSL encryption to protect the Collected Information online, and we also take steps to protect the Collected Information in our facilities. Furthermore, we rely on third-party service providers for the physical security of some of our computer hardware. While we believe that we use reasonable efforts to safeguard the Collected Information, as is the case with all web sites, we cannot guarantee complete security.
Applicability and Revisions
This Privacy Policy applies only to information collected via the Site and does not apply to information collected offline (for example, via phone calls and/or fax orders). VETRO may modify or supplement this Privacy Policy at any time without notification to you. The current version of this Privacy Policy will be posted to www.vetrofibermap.com. You are encouraged to review this Privacy Policy from time to time.
Disputes
This Privacy Policy is governed by the internal substantive laws of the State of Maine, without respect to conflict of laws principles. All disputes shall be resolved as described in VETRO’s Terms of Use agreement.
