VETRO, Inc. is excited to announce that John Gniadek has joined our team as SVP of Customer Success. A passionate leader with a focus on outstanding customer and employee satisfaction, John brings over 20 years of experience in all post-sales functions including customer implementations, customer support, and customer success.
As SVP of Customer Success, John will provide strategic and tactical leadership for all customer facing teams. He will ensure that VETRO customers experience a professional onboarding followed by proactive and regular engagement which will ultimately increase our customer’s adoption using the platform.

Before joining VETRO, John held several executive leadership positions including five years at ConnectBase where he led a 27-member team, started a customer advisory board, and optimized programs that ultimately increased Customer engagement. John has also worked for Nasuni, Iron Mountain/Hewlett-Packard and Rocket Software with varying levels of customer-facing responsibilities.
When he’s not at work, John is an avid sports enthusiast. He enjoys spending time with his family at their various sporting events. A natural born leader, John is also passionate about coaching sports. He is currently the Head Coach of the Girls Varsity Basketball team for Uxbridge High School in his hometown.
