VETRO, Inc. is pleased to announce Debra Fuglie as the Company’s Senior Vice President of Operations. Deb is the rare proven career leader who offers a perfectly-balanced blend of intuitive relationship management and no-nonsense, goal-focused execution. She brings a successful 20 year track record of senior leadership experience in network planning and operations, facility management, service management, IT development, program management and sales planning and operations to the VETRO team as the company continues to grow through scale-up.
Deb’s role at VETRO as the Senior VP of Operations will include leading VETRO’s Sales, Customer Success and Client Services teams while participating as a member of the company’s Senior Leadership team to expand and refine VETRO’s product-market fit, drive new and existing revenue channels, and optimize VETRO’s growing team through hiring, mentorship, and her engaged, inclusive and trust-building management style.
Deb’s strong technical acumen and sales skill in telecommunications has already had an impact at VETRO, as the company’s CEO and cofounder Will Mitchell notes:

Though her work at VETRO will cover a broad scope, Deb still finds time to enjoy her family, cooking, traveling, poker and all professional sports in her hometown of Dallas, Texas. Deb supports dog rescue/adoption groups and has a passion for veteran’s rights.
