Will Cooper Joins VETRO as Head of Strategic Initiatives

In this role, he will partner with the CEO and the executive leadership team to help drive high-impact initiatives that enhance operations, improve customer experience, accelerate product innovation, and expand global reach – further strengthening VETRO’s position as the leading fiber management platform for network operators.

Will brings deep expertise in data and AI infrastructure technology, both as a PE-backed operating executive and an M&A banker. Most recently, he served as Chief Strategy and Financial Officer at Beyond Now, a PE-backed infrastructure software provider that leverages AI to help connectivity service providers monetize their network infrastructure assets. Prior to Beyond Now, Will spent a decade in investment banking, most recently with Houlihan Lokey, during which he helped execute 50 M&A and capital-raising transactions totaling over $10 billion across the data and AI infrastructure technology ecosystem.
